Five Rules for Health at Office

Working in an office means sitting in front of a computer 9 to 5 most of the time. We might not have ability to move during the day thanks to busy work schedule but we don’t have to add that unhealthy condition to unhealthy and unbalanced eating habit. The upcoming work always piles up when 40 hours of working is not enough. All of them cause higher stress level additionally they come with unhealthy life style, sleep deprivation and irregular eating habit. The calories we consume at desk-bound works are usually lower than we’d taken, so the weight gaining system continues. Follow these five rules to have healthy nutritious habit.

  1. AVOID CONSUMING SNACK AT OFFICE

The snacks like chocolate and chips unfortunately first think to come in mind when we feel bored at office. You may not totally stop consuming such products at once but you can limit yourself for beginning. If you can ebb away your consumption and replace it with healthy food in time, the weight gaining will be controlled.  You also should limit daily consumption of food that contains starch like pasta, rice and bread.

  1. BRING YOUR OWN FOOD

You may not cut off snacks all together with this way but it guaranties you to eat healthy food. Of course, you should be cooking healthy food at home to bring office. You know the ingredient and the supplies of that food which is always healthier than take outs. Your palatal delight will be satisfied and you won’t be hungry for a long time. You can customize you food if you like. The freshly cooked meal you prepared and packed prevents you to choose unhealthy food to remind you consuming them first.

  1. ALWAYS PUT A BOTTLE OF WATER ON YOUR OFFICE DESK

Drinking enough water during stressful office hours is very crucial. It is an obligation to have a water bottle on your desk. Be sure you zip a few drops before and after every meal and keep drinking during the day. As the water doesn’t contain any calories it helps you to feel fresh and energetic during the day. It is very vital for workers of air conditioning offices because you lose moist of the skin and you need to preserve the hydration.

4.HAVE HEALTHY SNACKS AT THE OFFICE

If you have healthy snacks nuts or fruits instead of chips and biscuits at office it would be easier to quit. This will be impulsion for healthier life and avoid you to run to nearest shop or machine to buy snack. The best snack is fresh fruit and vegetable and all you have to do is bringing to office after you wash them.

5. Move, Move, Move!
Inactivity, life conditions and busy office hours can cause office employee to have lower activity than usual.  Unbalanced eating habit and being inactive during the day causes increase of body fat, weight and moreover health problems… while working indoors we recommend you to get up to your chair in every 20 minutes. Get your own tea or coffee, take your own photocopy so that you can get a chance to move and do everything faster.
