How to Do the Best Summer Detox?

With the summer coming, we all begin to think about a detox program to get healthier. The toxins of what we eat, the environmental factors and life style can pile up in our body in time and raise the range of toxin in our body. They are substitutes to make our body over sensitive and derange the balance and health. The toxin raise may cause the damage on immune system, rapid weight gain, fatigue, skin degeneration, mood changes, digestive or intestine problems, sleep deprivations, chronic headaches, and even serious health issues like cancer in long terms. I mean toxins cause metabolism results that we call oxidative stress. Detox is a savior treatment to get rid of toxins that piles up in our body because of life environment. Especially during summer preferring moving and doing sports and eating clean is a priceless plus for us.

I have prepared three detox recipes for three days that doesn’t negatively affect your metabolism, and let you to lose weight in a healthier way.

Day 1

Breakfast: Pineapple, roquette, cilantro, green smoothie

Lunch: Boilt middle size sweet potatoes (you can spice it with a table spoon of lentil, tomatoes or such)

Dinner: Noodle with mint, parsley and pomegranate syrup (it should be home-made and you should be eating according to habit of your body)

Desert: Pudding with cacao and avocado; mix 2 ripe avocados, 2 bananas, 70 gr organic cacao, 3 dates and a spoon of vanilla until creamy. Let the dates sit in hot water for 15-20 minutes and add to the mix. Arrange the sweetness for your taste and let it cold. Bon appetite.

Day 2

Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberries and chia seeds (prepared one night before)

Lunch: rocket salad with kinoa, you can add 1 spoon of honey to flavor

Snack: drink almond mil or coffee with almond soy milk or just milk with cinnamon.

Dinner: Sweet potato soup with parsley.

Day 3:

Breakfast: Blackberry, green apples and cucumber smoothie

Lunch: Green salad with cashew

Snack: one or (if small) 2 carrots (you can slice them into little pieces and put into the oven like a chips and oil them with avocado or coconut oil)

Lunch: Cauliflower cooked with coconut oil and basmati rice and turmeric.

As this is not a drinking detox lots of people can do easily. Using various spices to add flavor is harmless. You should be drinking 3 liters of water daily. If you support this program with 40 minutes of walking you’ll see the difference.
