Denim is very skillful about adapting new environments despite its modest history. Around 1870’s Jacob Davis manufactured labor trousers out of enduring fabric for farmers and mine workers. He knocked door of Levi Strauss, provider of the fabric for collaboration and so Levi Strauss & Co was founded.

Casual usage of Levi’s labor denims became widespread when Western movies got fame. In 1950’s James Dean in “Rebel Without a Cause”, Marlon Brando in “The Wild One” make a major part of creating rebellion teenager concept of the era.
Young rebellion people from sub-culture embraced rolled trotter blue jeans that was worn by movie stars, as uniform in those years when suits and blazers were socially acceptable outfits.
